REV’D UP Kids
REV’D Up Kids Ministry is open every Sunday!
Check-in begins at 9:45am.
The Revival Center’s mission—to bless the children, the poor, and the saints—thrives within our Student Ministry. Our dedicated teachers, helpers, and administrators work together to ensure that every child receives God’s Word and love.
We use a curriculum designed by our Revival Center staff to help kids grow spiritually, focusing on scripture in ways that are developmentally appropriate and lots of hands-on fun! Our greatest desire is that the children of Revival Center learn to love and eagerly anticipate coming through our doors each week.
Safety First in Our Kids Church
At Revival Center, the safety and well-being of your children are our top priorities. We take this responsibility very seriously, ensuring that our Kids Church is a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow in their faith.
To uphold the highest standards of safety, all of our adult volunteers undergo thorough background checks before they are allowed to serve. We are committed to providing a secure space where your children can experience God’s love and truth without any concerns.
Your trust is important to us, and we are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for every child who comes through our doors.
Sick Child Policy for Kids Church
At Revival Center, the health and safety of all children in our care are of utmost importance. To ensure a healthy environment for everyone, we have established the following sick child policy for Kids Church:
- Symptom-Free Attendance
Children who exhibit any of the following symptoms should not attend Kids Church:- Fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher within the past 24 hours
- Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
- Persistent cough, sore throat, or runny nose (not related to allergies)
- Any contagious condition such as pink eye, chickenpox, head lice, or unexplained rashes
- Severe fatigue, irritability, or discomfort
- Notification and Care
If a child begins to show signs of illness during Kids Church, a staff member or volunteer will promptly contact the parent or guardian to pick up the child. The child will be cared for in a quiet, supervised area until they are picked up. - Return to Kids Church
Children may return to Kids Church when they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without the aid of medication and have been cleared by a healthcare provider if diagnosed with a contagious illness. - Medication
Our volunteers and staff do not administer medication to children. If your child requires medication during service times, we ask that you remain on-site to administer it as needed. - Cleanliness and Hygiene
We maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our Kids Church. Toys, surfaces, and materials are regularly disinfected, and hand hygiene is encouraged among both children and volunteers.
By following this policy, we aim to protect the health of all children, volunteers, and staff, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
